Q: Do you accept insurance?
A: The Arizona Naturopathic Medical Association is working on contracting as a profession with AZ insurance companies. Until this happens, we are unable to directly contract with them and are not listed as PCPs for any insurance company in AZ.
Q: Will my insurance company reimburse me for my visit?
A: Most likely.
Many insurance companies in Arizona do provide reimbursement for naturopathic medical appointments, as we are simply considered an out-of-network provider. Let us know if you would like us to supply you with a bill coded for your insurance carrier.
Q: How can I find out if my insurance company will reimburse me for the visits at your office?
A: The easiest way to find out this answer is to call your insurance company and ask if theyexclude naturopathic care; if not, we are considered an out of network provider and you can find out your reimbursement allotment for out of network reimbursement.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: There is no charge for cancellations given within 48 hours. Patients that cancel appointments with less than 48hours notice will incur the full office visit fee.
