Blue Oak Clinic
Drs Stark & Mehrabani have served Tucson since 2007 after a short stint in Chico, CA, where the name Blue Oak arose. Since this time, the Doctors’ office has grown from 435 sq ft and no employees (originally they traded off staffing the front desk while the other was seeing patients) to a larger small office space and five employees.
Most recently, we welcomed Amy Clemans, an experienced and gentle licensed acupuncturist, to our Blue Oak team. Before that, we welcomed
Doctor Libia Luevano, NMD, and Damon Sage, licensed acupuncturist to our team. Doctor Luevano is usually available for same week appointments and can see all primary care concerns as a naturopathic physician (she also speaks Spanish :)!). Damon has treated patients of all ages with acupuncture, and is a preferred provider through Veterans Affairs.

Most often when you call the office you will speak with Kenneth or Marina. Marina has been with Blue Oak Clinic for 7 years and Kenneth has been with Blue Oak for 4 years. You will find that our staff helps you feel comfortable when visiting the clinic and is attentive to your phone calls. Unlike larger medical offices, there is less red tape at Blue Oak Clinic. When you have a message for the doctor you will get a reply as soon as they are able to get back to you, usually within 24 hours. The doctors make every effort to get you in for acute visits and strive to keep available same day appointment slots.
Blue Oak Clinic an integrative medical clinic that’s been serving the Tucson community since 2007. Medical Directors Stephanie Stark, NMD & Ardeschir Mehrabani, NMD are Naturopathic Physicians who are known for their knowledge and passion for health and good medicine and their down to earth and positive demeanor.
Dr. Stark & Dr. Mehrabani are licensed physicians through the Arizona Naturopathic Board of Medical Examiners.
